Most storage problems aren't really about storage. They're about timing. Your lease ends before the new place is ready. You're renovating and need the furniture out of the way for a few weeks. You've sold a house faster than expected and need somewhere for everything to sit for a month.

Our storage services are built around that gap, not around locking you into a facility contract you didn't want. We collect your belongings, store them securely, and deliver them back when you're ready as part of the same move, with the same crew.

We've run storage alongside our removals for 10+ years, which means it's handled by the same trained movers who packed and loaded your things, not handed off to a separate storage company you've never dealt with.

Short-Term or Long-Term, We Handle Both

There's a real difference between storing a few boxes for three weeks and storing a full household for six months, and we price them differently:

Short-term storage — a few weeks between move-out and move-in, or while you're between rentalsLong-term storage — months at a time, for downsizing, renovations, or overseas relocationsPartial storage — some items go to your new place now, the rest stays stored until you're ready for itBusiness storage — office furniture, stock, or equipment during a relocation or fit-out

Tell us roughly how long you'll need the space when you book. It's the biggest factor in how we price the job, alongside how much you're storing.

How We Quote Storage Services

We ask what you're storing, roughly how much space it needs, and how long you expect to need it for. From that, we give you one fixed price covering collection, storage, and redelivery.

This is different to a lot of standalone storage facilities, where you're quoted per cubic metre and left to estimate your own volume. We do that estimating for you, based on what's actually in your home, so the number you get is realistic from the start.

If your timeline changes, tell us as early as you can. Extending or shortening a storage period is usually straightforward, but it's easier to sort out with notice than at the last minute.

Where and How Your Belongings Are Stored

Your items go into a secure, monitored facility, not a garage or a spare corner of a warehouse. Furniture gets wrapped and padded before it goes into storage, the same way it would be for a house move, so it comes out in the same condition it went in.

Boxes and smaller items are catalogued, so if you only need part of your storage back at some point, we can find and deliver the right items without unpacking everything else.

Access to your stored items can be arranged with notice, if you need something back before the full storage period ends.

Our Storage Services Guarantee

Anything damaged while in our care gets fixed or replaced. That's what the insurance covers, for the full storage period, not just during transport.Your fixed price holds for the storage duration you booked, unless your needs genuinely change.If you need your items back sooner or later than planned, we'll work with you on the adjustment rather than penalising a change of date.
