Before we ask about your moving date, we ask about the item. How heavy is it? What are the dimensions? What floor is it on? Are there stairs, tight corners, or no lift? Once we know this, we send a crew with the right gear for the job.

If two people can't safely carry it without straps, a trolley, or taking it apart, it's a heavy item. Safes, marble furniture, gym gear, appliances, and pianos all count. A regular sofa or wardrobe usually doesn't. That's covered under our standard furniture service.
